I was surprised they actually have a lane designated strictly for tire inflation and check and guess what people it was done for free with great customer service attitude and attention. “My mom and I were out driving when we heard a noise like something dragging on the ground. It was a plastic casing. I figured a little duct tape and we'd be back on our way home and we could fix it later. No duct tape but Mike Tate's was right by us. We dropped in and told them the situation. They took a look, removed a stick that had somehow popped up and got stuck in the casing and zip tied it in place! They were awesome. Did it for free and in about 15 minutes! We are immensely grateful! Terrific experience and would absolutely go to them again!”

“Amazing please, excellent service. Let me explain a little bit here. I drive a 2023 BMW i7 and a 2022 Merc Benz EQS now, before that I used to drive Lexus LS 460 L and Lexus GX 460. Their prices are comparable, if not cheap. They are definitely not 'super cheap' but prices are comparable. However, the service, craftman ship, attention to detail, knowledge and know how is top notch. I am very picky and very finicky, with my cars, I need absolute precision and quality work. The equipment and gear they carry in the workshop is second to none! Spotless clean workshop/workarea, that speak volumes about quality of their work. For example they are the only place that I know around that carries actual Nitrogen! Most places carry air. Some of the diagnostic equipment and code they are detect are dealer grade! I took my cars to some other places, they don't even have equipment to read those complex codes. Now, I have seen some other folks leaving some negative reviews, I totally disagree with my personal experience for close to a decade now! I don't drive cheap cars, and they are able to match my funky, demanding, exacting expectations. The quality of work they do and equipment they carry is dealer grade! For lesser than dealer pricing. Highly recommended with 5 stars.”

“I give Mr. CARROL store manager five stars. I had to call him at home Thursday, Friday and Monday and Tuesday To help me get My fleet vehicle fix. This man is out on leave, and was the only one that helped me. I got no help from the fleet manager, district manager, and others that help work the counter. I also give Joe the Mechanic five stars. He was the only one that worked on my vehicle fixed it correctly and kept me informed. I guess they are trying to ruin that store and run it down sabotaging the sales running customers off. I’ll be glad when CARROL come back so I can getting other work done. Thanks CARROL and Joe for the great customer service every time I come.”

When it is time for new tires, they beat everyone and have great Manufacturer rebates. Also, they check your tire pressure and will repair your tires (punctures) for free as well. Why would you go anywhere else?”

“I got a membership for $10, way less than I might spend on beer so I decided to see what the club offers. They have a range of benefits other than food in bulk. Hotels seem to be slightly cheaper through Sam's. They promote Just Energy for electricity which I found to be more expensive than Good Charlie, my current provider. I went inside this store for paper towels. It was nice. I also picked up 2lbs of hummus for about $5. The Sam's app you can scan and pay for everything through the app and walk out. I don't have anything negative to say about the store.”

“I've been coming to Costco SugarLand for many years, since they open. Never would I thought to write a review on a wholesale grocery store, usually only on restaurants. I came in for a return & wanted to speak to someone about "cap ribeye". During mid covid time 2020 per butcher, the regional manager no longer want to sell this piece because is not profitable (something like that). I had to drive all the way to Richmond (Greenway Plaza area) to get the cap rib eye. I would buy like $200 worth of cap ribeye. Sometime mid 2022 this location also discontinued selling cap ribeye. However, my family from out of state tells me their Costco still sell it. My family and I really love cap ribeye. Therefore I spoke to the young lady named Maylyn in customer service. She wasn't to familiar about the cap ribeye. So she went to get the manager. The manager was assisting with someone else at this time. In the meantime she noticed I had a business membership card. She ask if I shop here a lot. I told her "yes" , almost every 2-3 weeks because I have 3 little kids. She told me about the "executive membership" and all the perks that comes with it. Also about opening a Citicard Costco credit card. She was NOT like a sales rep trying to be pushy to sell something (hate that the most). She explained the benefits. To my own surprise, I actually listen. She convinced me to switch to the executive membership. I'm thinking to myself. All these years I missed out on the cash back. I also end up receiving a big Costco cooler bag. This will come in handy. Ashley (manager) came over to assist me. I explained to her about the cap ribeye. She went and looked it up in the system. She said the cap ribeye is not available at the moment but is NOT discontinued. It will be back but she doesn't know when. So there is hope. I was so happy to hear that. Now it's just the waiting part. Hopefully the cap ribeye will come back soon. I really need the cap ribeye. The older lady (dark short wavy hair) that process my return was also nice. Overall my experience today was great. Customer service was on point starting from the returning item, customer service with Maylyn, speaking to Ashley the manger, & self check out (even sales person help me scan and get out quickly).”
