Since the alignment would take a while, they even provided an Uber ride to take me home and another Uber to bring me back when my car was ready. That level of customer care really impressed me. Although there is usually a diagnostic fee, they didn’t charge me because it was just a tire component that needed to be tightened. Highly, highly recommend. “you can call the number and get routed to a central department to make an appointment if you go in the morning you can usually get seen pretty quickly in the evenings are on the weekends is when they're the most busy. their tires are quite expensive and you can find better prices at local private shops, but they offer a good price for the rotation lifetime warranty”

“I shall adjust my rating at a later time on how well things go on Monday. I went to the store to replace all 4 of my tires and the sale representative was sure that they had enough inventory to service my car. I dropped off my car there and came back 2 hours later to retrieve the car only to find out that they only had 3 tires of the Michelin left and that I had to come back for a 2nd visit on Monday. I have visited the store many times, but this is the very first experience I had with Discount Tire. Hope that things can get resolve during my second visit.
Edit: I went back for a second appointment, and things went very smoothly. The manager contacted me directly afterwards to have a conversation to make sure things all went well. I do hope that this is an off case as I have been to this location for many years. Appreciate the team for a prompt response.”
