From the outset, he provided clear and direct information regarding the available options and associated considerations.
Although it was evident that JR possesses substantial knowledge regarding various vehicle makes and models, he nonetheless took the additional step of contacting the vehicle’s dealership to confirm the technical requirements related to this specific model, particularly concerning the heated seat components. Despite receiving incorrect information from the dealership, JR exercised sound judgment and problem-solving skills to address the issue and ultimately deliver a quality result.

When there was a slight issue with parts he made sure he went out of his way to correct it, he told me he wanted my car safe. He cleaned out all the corrosion and replaced my battery.
