“My day was going so so meaning not entirely good but no bad either. Just lost in thought about all of the things I have to do today. I pulled into my favorite car wash and was drying off my car when Ethan, a Worker there, just walked up to me…said hello and asked how I was doing and did I enjoy the wash… that to me, that kind of customer service is almost a lost art. Welcoming customers, asking them how is their day going, making sure we are happy with the work done is what brings customers like me back! Service with a firm handshake and a smile. “I've been coming to this carwash for 13 years, as it’s basically in the backyard. I have never had any significant problems. Recently, I had a billing issue. I called the number listed and left a voicemail. I did not expect to get a callback as customer service at self-serve Carwashs is not really a thing.
To my surprise, I got a callback, and the issue was resolved within an hour.

For about $12, you get a really nice clean when compared to most car washes in the area.
Definitely worth a visit if you're looking to try a new car washing place!”
“Went to specifically use the pressure washer to get tar and oil off my tires. It did what I needed it to do! Good pressure. Machine only takes quarters (no bills) 3 mins for $1.25. No way I was putting my card in there after reading how everyone got ripped off. I brought plenty of quarters for ten minutes just in case. The drains in the stalls had lots mud, they really need to clean them out. But again, for what I needed it worked.”

“They have automated drive thru car wash and you're good old high pressure wash. I'd you have been to one like this in the past year or so. They still have the same multiple wash type selection but this place added an air dry on the last button. Not sure why. Anyway, I got all the bugs off my car just using the high pressure soap and rise! Clean place”
“First machine jacked my $1.00 because it wasn't shooting out any soap and the water pressure wasn't high enough. Moved stalls and the second worked just fine and didn't have any problems. Got the clean I needed for the exact change budget and didn't have any further inconveniences. It's getting harder to find reliable self washes that don't gouge your money either on the change machine or the vacuums but everything else is in working order.”
