They go above and beyond to help with prescriptions, even contacting doctors for revised prescriptions when needed. The pharmacy has convenient online tools to manage prescriptions quickly and easily. The staff, including pharmacy technicians and pharmacists, provide excellent service, professionalism, and kindness. They are polite, friendly, and courteous, making sure to help with any issues, such as insurance changes and copay problems, to get the best solution for their customers. Overall, Kroger Pharmacy provides great service and care for its customers.
