“Was a walk-in first thing on a Saturday morning with a very sick dog. They worked her in immediately, diagonosed her, stablized her and called Emergency Animal hospital since it was a weekend and she would need overnight care, where they were waiting on her.”

“Cold Springs Animal Hospital provides great veterinary care. Our horse Ruger has been seen in clinic previously and, most recently, on a farm call. Service was fantastic and Ruger is doing great! I’m thankful for the vet, the staff, and the care provided!”
“On our hardest day as pet parents, they were so kind and patient. We came home to find our dog Pepper unable to stand. I called ahead, explained the situation, and they were able to see her. After hours on a Friday, we said goodbye to a member of our family that was with us for over 10 years. The staff took care of us: our dog, myself, my husband, and our daughters (3 and 5 years old). We were all able to say goodbye, and make an end of life plan that was the most humane for the whole family.
We had never been here before, and when I saw the state our oldest dog was in, I immediately looked for the closest pet hospital that was open and called ahead. I really cannot say enough about the wonderful staff for their honesty and compassion. They spent time and made this hard decision as manageable as they could, and we had just met them.”

“Since returning the doctors and staff are as accommodating and congenial as they were before. It seems even more so. It may be because I have returned after the office moved and missed the good service. I am not sure, but you guys have always been kind and thorough. On my most recent visit, the team and Dr. Smith were attentive and prices are always reasonable. Service was personalized and top notch. The atmosphere has always been calm and inviting.”
“My husband and I are so grateful to Dr. Vanessa Cowart and the team at Princeton Veterinarian Clinic for the care and compassion they’ve shown our kitten the past two weeks.
When she came in with a limp, Dr. Cowart was incredibly thorough and took the time to walk us through her X-rays, bloodwork, and treatment plan, including antibiotics. She made us feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
Even though we were expecting radiology results the day prior, she personally followed up with us the next day (Saturday) after hours and kindly waited for us to arrive so we could pick up our kitten’s medication. That level of care and dedication meant so much to us.
Her entire staff has been just as kind and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about both the animals and their owners. We couldn’t recommend them more.”
“I just want to say what an incredible vet they are compared to others in Collin county. A nearby ER vet claimed our vomiting but vaccinated 3-month-old puppy had Parvo and was going to die even though he was walking, had no fever, and no bloody stool, suggested $7k in treatment. King Vet kept him overnight with IV fluids and he was eating and happy the next day. It was just a stomach flu, not Parvo. Tiny fraction of the cost. King Vet has way more experience and ethics. Call King Vet for an appointment (You must have an appointment, this isn't ER)”
“When you call and tell them it's an can't use your dog can't use her back leg they say sorry we don't have any appointments available until next week. They obviously don't care about animals just money”
“I recently moved to Texas Dr. Z. And the tech are wonderful. Sasha is a Pit mix and Storm is a blue heeler. Storm a bit skittish and she did everyone was gentle with her. Sasha is being treated for heart worms and they are quick to return calls about any questions I need.

“We have used Virginia Parkway Pet Hospital for our black lab's medical needs for over nine years. Dr. Reno, Dr. Pena, and their staff are the BEST. They've helped us through our dog's varied health needs--- from minor infections and illnesses to more serious ones. Most recently, our dog was diagnosed with diabetes, which was very daunting for us. But both Dr. Reno and Dr. Pena, along with their excellent staff, equipped us with the knowledge and skills needed to learn his new medical routine so he can continue to thrive at home. We've asked many questions, and they are patient to answer every one, to explain things clearly and thoroughly, and to help an overwhelming situation seem very manageable. We also have used their boarding services several times, and they are excellent as well. Our dog is an important member of our family, and we are extremely grateful for the loving and knowledgeable care that he continues to receive from Virginia Parkway Pet Hospital. “We had an emergency visit recently with our dog. We were seen by Dr Jenner Brown and met with such compassion and care. Being new to the area ourselves it was a little scary to “start over” with a new provider. Everything from making the appointment to the continued follow up calls after was so appreciated.
