“Thank you to Mr. Joseph espericurta for helping me out, I came back home after being out of town and had a really hard time opening my mailbox. I talked to a nice lady ( I unfortunately did not get her name but thank you) who let me know that someone would be coming by to help me out. He was able to open it and gave me my mail, he was able to identify that I needed to the lock repaired. It was repaired quickly and I was able to pick up the new keys. Thank you so much Mr. Joseph!”

“I have only had 1 bad experience at this post office..the female attending me was rude and racist. After reporting her, the manager advised me she was from on loan from Progresso.then I understood that had to be true cause I had never saw her there before. In the 15 yrs I have lived in Mercedes not one of their employees have ever been rude to me.they have always treated me well. I really like the new system for package pick up they have.u get a key in ur box with A number on it.you go out to postal box area and there his this huge postal box to the far left of the room.find the one with the number that you have on that key.insert key turn, leave key and get your package..that simple.no lines no wasted time. Therefore no headaches. The guy that works there was kind enough to come from behind the counter and show me personally. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
