“The employees need to be more careful, on Sunday I bought two pairs of tennis shoes and the employee did not remove the safety clip, I had to drive again from Hidalgo to Mercedes to have the clip removed ?”

“Placed an order online for shoes for my son, called to check if order was ready . I spoke with Jovanni who was so attentive and made sure to let me know if I could pick them up or not since I was coming from San Juan. She reminded us to try on the shoes before we left the store and we ended up having to make a quick exchange on sizes. So that helped a lot and saved us a trip.Alyssa was very informative on a protective spray at the counter and so friendly. “Great selection and nice layout. I just wish there was customer service. I come here routinely and it’s always the same, the cashier hangs out at the counter, maybe acknowledges me, maybe doesn’t, doesn’t ask if I need assistance, doesn’t offer any promotions, really just a major lack of care for the customer. However when I am paying, i get a slight glimpse of it. The current customer service is unacceptable.”
