“Placed an order online for shoes for my son, called to check if order was ready . I spoke with Jovanni who was so attentive and made sure to let me know if I could pick them up or not since I was coming from San Juan. She reminded us to try on the shoes before we left the store and we ended up having to make a quick exchange on sizes. So that helped a lot and saved us a trip.Alyssa was very informative on a protective spray at the counter and so friendly. So great to see such fellow young ladies working hard and being so helpful nowadays. Thank you girlies! My son and I greatly appreciate it!”

“The sales associates were super helpful! I had problems ordering a coat through the app so I asked if they could look it up and order it for me. The employee was having a hard time so the manager came to help and she couldn't order it either. Turns out, the company was out of stock but still showed it available on the app. So although I want able to get the coat, I was very grateful they tried everything they could to help.”

“Before going to the outlet, I went to the plaza mall to differentiate the prices. Unfortunately they are the same so there is nothing about “outlet”. I could get the same ones that I was able to charge at the Plaza Mall for $60 at the outlet at the same price and they had the same promotion, “25% on your second pair.” So if you go in order to find something cheaper, like me, then this is not the case.Anyway, I will leave a rating of 5 out of 5 because the store is really super big and has more models.Just as a note, let's remember that outlet means: A store that sells products from one or more brands that are out of season or have some defect, so they are cheaper.”

“Ordered a pair of Anderson Bean ostrich boots (S3004) because they have great reviews and they are American made in Texas from American made materials. These boots fit, look and feel great. I expect these to last a long time but when the day comes that they need to be replaced, Anderson Bean will be the boot of choice because there's a lot to be said about a great product made right here in America.”

“This Skechers location is in the Premium Outlets of Mercedes, Tx. The staff was very friendly, I was looking for children's tennis and I found a lot of variety for my children. I found a second pair promotion at 50%, I bought 4 pairs in total. The store is large and there is a lot of variety for men, women and children. Very clean place and gigantic parking lot. I loved it!”

“I have to say the store #2070 at Rio Grande Valley is one of the best stores I have been in. I have make a habit to continue to go to this store. The customer service is the best of the best. Some people think they are expensive but the quality you get compare to some of the other brands is priceless.
