“Placed an order online for shoes for my son, called to check if order was ready . I spoke with Jovanni who was so attentive and made sure to let me know if I could pick them up or not since I was coming from San Juan. She reminded us to try on the shoes before we left the store and we ended up having to make a quick exchange on sizes. So that helped a lot and saved us a trip.Alyssa was very informative on a protective spray at the counter and so friendly. “This Skechers location is in the Premium Outlets of Mercedes, Tx. The staff was very friendly, I was looking for children's tennis and I found a lot of variety for my children. I found a second pair promotion at 50%, I bought 4 pairs in total. The store is large and there is a lot of variety for men, women and children. Very clean place and gigantic parking lot. I loved it!”

They called a gentleman by the name of Gilbert let him know the situation. He apologized for the inconvenience told me do I want the same one or pick a new style. I come here routinely and it’s always the same, the cashier hangs out at the counter, maybe acknowledges me, maybe doesn’t, doesn’t ask if I need assistance, doesn’t offer any promotions, really just a major lack of care for the customer. However when I am paying, i get a slight glimpse of it. The current customer service is unacceptable.”
