Crafters delight. The frame manager even left his post to assist me when I was shopping there for the first time. (I bought waaaaay too much cuz of him ?) I've been back almost every week since then... great store and right next to an ULTA soooooo ?

Signed up for a class on painting an abstract painting. When we got there we were told just go ahead and paint what you want no instructions on how to do the painting that was advertised. Came back today for a class on tie dye t shirts. We were told we could not use the classroom so there was a table set up where an employee made the t shirts for you. That's absolutely ridiculous! Why advertise classes that just don't exist?!

Love that store just wished that when they have 70o/o off put paper up so we can see how much stuff is for sell.
I would of love to buy some but couldn't figure out how much it was.

I Love shopping at Michaels and have ever since they went by Michaels MJ Design. I stopped in for some yarn and crochet hooks especially since they were on sale but there wasn't a great variety of colors for the yarn I needed well let's just say there were 4 colors. There was no staff available on the floor to ask if they had any questions too and the ones at the registers were too busy to help. I'm giving this 4 stars for the lack of stock during a sale and being it was before the holidays there should have been more staff to help people find things and answer questions. Other than that it would definitely have been a 5 star review and the staff at the registers were very helpful and friendly even though they were extremely busy they had smiles on their faces.
