“I would 100% recommend this business for all phone repairs. They have both fair pricing and quick, yet efficient service. “My lady Simran, is the most fabulous customer service I've ever had for any kind of service! It's too much to explain, so, I'll say that she went above and beyond her job description for apps and issues pertaining to phones but have nothing to do with the service they provide. It's a big freaking hassle from my apartment complex, and, Simran came up with an idea that will hopefully work, I'm waiting on my apartments to return from lunch.

“This store is amazing!!! There was no wait, they greeted me as soon as I came in and everything was clean. They were even disinfecting phones and cleaning the store while I was in there and making sure everything was perfect. The reps are energetic and knowledgeable. They apparently had a manager change last year which has made all the difference! They made my visit so seamless and answered all my questions. Cheyenne, the manager, was outgoing and quick to help. I would recommend this store for any AT&T needs in the future!”

“Excellent is all there is say to about this place. My HDMI port for my PS5 was damaged and needed to be replaced (I now have it fixed it and in my lap, and this wall just today, mind you) and I was worried it was gonna cost me BIG. After calling several locations, getting insane prices between 130-199 USD, I stumbled across this place. The quote for the repair was 85 USD! Not only that, but it was ready to be picked in less than 2 hours, whereas the other, more expensive, locations had upwards of 3 days to wait. If you need ANY kind of tech repair, it’s a no-brainer when you need to go. Charlie’s is the absolute best place to go for a genuinely reasonable price for your problems. Not to mention, my PS5 repair came included with a 3 month warranty incase anything goes wrong in that time period. Amazing!”
