I’m not trying to shame or anything but I know that there is a dress code in all but when you see practically naked women it’s just disgusting.. I left the other gyms for the same reasons.. don’t promote if it’s not giving And where is the paper towel holder’s there’s none around the gym And can the people stop smoking weed in the women’s bathroom

This gym is going downhill. Multiple equipment is broke...takes forever to get fixed. They dont uphold the dress code. Usually only 1 paper towel dispenser works..

I was having a good day a great morning until your staff member Stephanie rudely interrupted my workout. It’s my first time at this gym. I’m having a great experience. I was a little hot so I decided to take my shirt off to cool down for about 1 minute. She walks up to me says “HEY HOMIE” your shirt can’t be off . Respectfully I said yes ma’am and asked for her name but this approach needs to be worked on and fixed thanks planet fitness

Rude Staff!
I was visiting this location with my mother at 6:30 am and as soon as I started to workout a young lady from the staff stopped my workout, She asked me to re-scan my card again and then she told me that my membership was from another city (which is true) I told her at the moment I enrolled (I got the basic membership) they told me I could use any location. When mom visits me, they don't say nothing to her when she uses my local Planet Fitness. In addition to that, she said that multiple locations only workd with black card (So either she is lying or they lied yo me when I enrolled) I even used it in Van Nuys, Ca with no issues! So she game me 3 options. Upgrade your membership, update your location or leave. I told her, "I leave". Thank you

Can be really crowded at times, and the staff is pretty oblivious. Don’t expect customer service or even a greeting. They’re too busy on their phones. But the equipment works fine and the bathrooms
are generally ok.

Parking not adequate. There is no room to park. The equipment massage chairs just like the logo outside is ancient. They only give you 1 5minute coin per sit time to relax in old ancient chair. How can you relax when 5 minutes is up in a blink of an eye???! Go to another pf there are wayyy better ones to have a membership.
