Rooms are very clean. Nice and quiet and staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location as there are many restaurants and shopping very close. Id recommend to anyone. Thank you Studio 6 for a great job.

This place is perfect for a nice quiet stay. The rooms are clean just as pictured, excellent reception service is a plus. Definitely will be coming back here for our next stay in Dallas.

The room was clean, quiet, comfortable beds. You do hear the cars driving by but it did not bother us at all. It's a no thrills hotel, but met all our needs. The bigger refrigerator & freezer was a plus. No elevator, so if you can't carry your suite case up the stairs ask for a floor level room. The staff was very nice. I would stay here again if ever in the Dallas area.

Harry, the front desk associate was extremely welcoming and friendly. I wasn't aware of the $100 deposit (cash or debit/credit card) upon check-in, Harry informed it does show on the website when I booked and he even pulled it up for me to see. He was never rude about it or had an attitude, he was very informative. Harry also saw that I had small children and lots of bags, and he accommodated me by changing my room from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor since there are no elevators. It's really the small things that count! Thank you, Harry!!!Also, the room was very clean and had a pleasant clean smell. There is a small kitchenette area minus the stovetop/oven. The fridge is a normal size and there is a microwave.The only negative is it is in an area with a lot of traffic so you can hear the loud vehicles passing and revving their engines while sleeping. There is a Super Walmart up the road and a few fast food restaurants.I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Have guy on 2nd shift who is VERY sensitive, will take it as rude if you put your credit card on the counter too hard.Rooms are clean nonsmoking ,have grills outside if wish to cook out.

A nice new construction in Eastside of Dallas area. Very friendly staff there and easy to communicate with and check in was easy. Parking was plentiful and a Quik Trip store in walking distance if needed. Very peculiar that at a Studio 6 there was no stove top burners there even though a full size refrigerator and microwave was there. Big TV with lots of channels and good wifi if you need it. Cheap laundry and ice on the floors. A reasonable amount of safety there as well, will visit if in town again.
