“Attended the Dallas Gem and Mineral Show here. Show was great. The hall might be on the small side compared to a bigger city but gave off a nice cozy feel. Looked like there were plenty of bathrooms. Site looked clean. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to from East side of Dallas. And there is a hotel. Some other buildings too but don't know what they are for or host. Second time there. Check them out. We only visited for the shiny pretty rocks so mileage may vary.”

“My two kids absolutely love this place, and it really is perfect for keeping them entertained—a place where they can run around and burn off their energy, just like kids should. The young men and women who supervise the area are also great people. The only issue is with the beverage service: they haven't fixed the soda fountain, and they don't keep the refrigerator stocked with juices and various nutritious drinks for the kids. Another thing is that the jumping area right by the entrance has been broken for ages, and they still haven't repaired it. However, everything else is safe and reliable for children.”

“I had an excellent experience with this venue and their staff. The customer service was truly exceptional from start to finish—everyone was kind, professional, and very attentive. The location itself is absolutely beautiful and would make a stunning backdrop for any event.
While I would have loved to use this venue for my wedding, the space unfortunately wasn’t the right fit for our guest count and overall vision. That said, it was a very difficult decision because everything else about the venue was wonderful.
I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a space for their next event. Special kudos to Joanne for going above and beyond—her support and professionalism really stood out. She is the face of the company and made me feel so welcomed. I will definitely use this venue in the future for smaller events because Joanne has made a huge impact. ♡”
