“Like many others I stopped here to waste time close to the airport before a flight. It was an amazing last stop before flying home, a great little addition to a trip. there is a history of southwest airlines in one wing, where you can go inside two airplanes and see the cockpits and the partially clean out 737. the other wing starts with the history of flight, and goes thru several wars and changes, there is a small area for space flight and upstairs they have a fantastic view of Dallas love and you r able to hear parts of air traffic controls conversation with a magnificent view of several of the runways. If you are a flight or airplane fan i would highly recommend making time to stop here. I spent about 1 hour here but I was alone and easily able to move around. If you have more people or a specific interest you could easily spend hours here. The gift shop was spacious but not full of items, had many choices for toys, very kid friendly. when i asked if they carried certain collectible items I was very quickly helped, but explained they don't carry many items like that.”

“Venue was nice and well kept. Bathrooms clean. We went for a comedy show. There was food which looked good. And drinks. Not sure how drinks worked if it was sell till they sell out or shut it down early. The show went till 10pm but drinks and staff all totally gone at 9pm I could have spent more, and was a little sad I couldn't get more to drink.”

“As a wedding planner, I love working with great venues, and on the levee is one of those! Their staff was so accommodating and responsive! They have a huge bride and groom suite for the wedding party. Everything about the wedding there ran perfectly smooth! Thank you on the levee! I hope to come back soon!”

“They had a variety of shops both indoors and outdoors with lots of local vendors! They even had a guitarist playing some live music today! Tried a few pieces of tuna sushi and a spicy salmon roll Ginzaro sushi. The worker was super sweet and service was quick. The fish was god quality although the rice could be better in terms of flavor and consistency. Taqueria La Ventana had street style tacos and elotes. I tried the chopped brisket taco and al pastor taco, which were decent. The elotes were flavorful but a bit too watery. Parking was paid at the parking lot or street parking, and there were definitely a crowd of people on this beautiful day. Very family friendly and fun place to look around if you're looking to get some local food and goods.”

“Love the atmosphere! Chairs were a little uncomfortable. Ticket guy was rude. Rest of the staff was great. Barkeep was very accommodating! My 19 yr old loves mocktails and he had no problem making her a drink of sprite, orange juice, and grenadine. Diet coke was good, not watered down. Price was decent, $7 for both. Overall we really enjoyed our visit! It was worth the 3 hr drive. Would come here again!”

“My partner and I ordered the Valentine's day package and we absolutely loved it. The champagne, strawberries, and caviar were all delicious and such a lovely treat for the night! We also had a great time getting a couples massage at the spa, everyone was very kind, friendly, and professional. You will not regret booking a night or two here for a luxury experience, the staff goes above and beyond and it definitely shows! As an LGBT couple there's always the anxiety of going somewhere and getting couple's experiences/items together, but Hotel Zaza made us feel very welcomed and safe. They treated us like any other couple which was so relieving! I highly recommend you plan a night here, and if you want to eat inside the Dragonfly, make sure to reserve a table early in advance!Rooms: We stayed in the deluxe parlour king and it was very comfortable and roomy. We loved all the art pieces and unique furniture, and the bed/pillows were extremely comfortable! Excellent bathroom stocked with plenty of towels and amenities too. The private mini bar is an excellent addition, it has everything you'll need to mix a drink or grab something small.Food & drinks: The food and drinks from the Dragonfly were incredible. Perfectly strong and very filling! Me and my partner were a bit worried with it being our first time staying at a luxury hotel that the food might not be super filling like you often see in fancy places. But the portions were perfect, and absolutely delicious! And the drinks will set whatever mood you're going for!Noteworthy details: The spa is such a lovely place, you have a room to relax in before/after your appointment with some tea and small snacks. They have some lovely scents to choose from for aromatherapy, and the rooms are incredibly relaxing and beautiful.”

“Came here for a Dallas Tiki Week event and I enjoyed the venue. It's intimate, warm, and has welcoming historic vibes to it. The bartender was friendly, generous, and accommodated my drink request. Overall, I would visit again for another event. The actual event ("variety" show) was horrible and I would not recommend that but since Sons of Hermann Hall only rented the train wreck event space I hope to visit again for another event experience.”

“Republic appears to be the local pub for all the single people in North Dallas. Lots of folks sitting in bar and lounge area. That's were the restaurant is the loudest. Sit in the back if you want quieter dining so you can talk to your dinner partner. Dinner partner had perfectly prepared ribeye streak. My sea bass was on think side (more like flounder). Not overly seasoned which is hard to find these days. Service was well delivered.”

“Unique. Amazing. Fun. This event venue is over the top! I had my 50th birthday party here and it was the best night. Eric makes everything super easy and has all the connections. I used his recommendations for the DJ, the caterer, the photographer and the bar tender. I love the fact that he also allows you to bring in your own alcohol. The decor and the set up made for the most beautiful pictures. I can't wait to get my pics from the photographer! I would highly recommend Quixotic for any event!”

“This is a MUST visit brewery if you are in or near the Dallas area. I had their Pick Hammer red ale which was excellent. Everyone in our group was very happy with their beer choices. The brewery is set up with multiple levels which opens up plenty of seating. On the top level they have multiple games. We asked about doing a tour and on the spot they were able to accommodate us and show us their brewing process. One warning, many of the beers have a high alcohol content so be careful.”

They were sloppy during cleanup and left several dinner plates on our table after the meal despite numerous reminders to please cleanup.”
