Never able to get someone to answer the phone! Needed to reschedule the appointment time for today that I had to walk into the facility to actually schedule.

Ridicoulous ,I went to deposit a check the line was so long , and they had two teller ,but omg it took me 35 minutes just deposit a check that’s ridiculous, teller just keep chating and going to the back room back and forth

Arrived at approximately 11:30 am to open large CD. Was informed “I just sent my banker to lunch”. “You can go to the BOA located at ….. and they can help you”. So I turned around and left. Will take this money somewhere else.
