I could not withdraw the money into my account because l had to wait for my new card to come in at 2:30. I couldnt get gas because l was needing my card to pull the funds my son had sent me for gas.Yvonne immediately got me a new debit card she had it activated for me and l was ready to go. Got a call from the branch manager the next day and the fact that the teller gave me any trouble at all was a big deal to the branch manager and she called and appologized about it.I never complained initially and have no idea how she even found out about my experience.They care about you as a customer and definitely not Wells Fargo!”
