It's bad that three people went there and they didn't want to give me the check because of their invention. It's bad that they think that one of them is subnormal. The girl was new but she took help from the other who, according to her experience, and a black man behind her supervising them, I say two. check one that they don't give more than 4000, I go look for one of 3990 and it turns out that the check is fine, but there is something that they can't give the money in short, I made up an invention and they weren't able to speak clearly, I immediately went to my chase bank and I showed them the check and they helped me without any problem and told me that the check looked correct, there was nothing wrong with it. Improve, they are right, wrong, don't waste time, because in this country time is GOLD.

Never able to get someone to answer the phone! Needed to reschedule the appointment time for today that I had to walk into the facility to actually schedule.

Ridicoulous ,I went to deposit a check the line was so long , and they had two teller ,but omg it took me 35 minutes just deposit a check that’s ridiculous, teller just keep chating and going to the back room back and forth

Today I had an appointment at 10 in the morning, I arrived at 10 and I was waiting for Alicia to attend to me but she was talking on the phone and she never attended to me even though I had an appointment...At 10:15 I thought there was enough time for my attention and I'm going to retire...I think you should be more professional in customer service.

Arrived at approximately 11:30 am to open large CD. Was informed “I just sent my banker to lunch”. “You can go to the BOA located at ….. and they can help you”. So I turned around and left. Will take this money somewhere else.

No drive up locations in Midland. Refused checks on one visit because they didn’t have LLC with the name on the check; other deposits without LLC their were no issues. No consistency.

Not once have I walked in here where the line wasn't long and they had enough cashiers to do the job. Why am I waiting 45 minutes to deposit a check? Why is there always only 1 cashier? You have money, do better.

Bank didn’t open till 10:00am when they were supposed to open at 9:00am. To make matters worse they couldn’t process a wire transfer because no one was qualified to do so. Pathetic

The lady who helped me she is perfect she did everything to help to lower my interest rate she called almost everyone in Bank of America but sadly no one can help , I really recommend you to use this location they are amazing and I wish they helped me withMy payment anyway way I recommend you to visit this location
