Today I had an appointment at 10 in the morning, I arrived at 10 and I was waiting for Alicia to attend to me but she was talking on the phone and she never attended to me even though I had an appointment...At 10:15 I thought there was enough time for my attention and I'm going to retire...I think you should be more professional in customer service.

Arrived at approximately 11:30 am to open large CD. Was informed “I just sent my banker to lunch”. “You can go to the BOA located at ….. and they can help you”. So I turned around and left. Will take this money somewhere else.

No drive up locations in Midland. Refused checks on one visit because they didn’t have LLC with the name on the check; other deposits without LLC their were no issues. No consistency.

Not once have I walked in here where the line wasn't long and they had enough cashiers to do the job. Why am I waiting 45 minutes to deposit a check? Why is there always only 1 cashier? You have money, do better.

Bank didn’t open till 10:00am when they were supposed to open at 9:00am. To make matters worse they couldn’t process a wire transfer because no one was qualified to do so. Pathetic

The lady who helped me she is perfect she did everything to help to lower my interest rate she called almost everyone in Bank of America but sadly no one can help , I really recommend you to use this location they are amazing and I wish they helped me withMy payment anyway way I recommend you to visit this location

Ridiculous. Both times we've gone to this bank to cash one of their checks they tell us the systems are down and we will have to wait until next week. Get it together!

My husband was cashing his check plus we bank here too and the manager Mrs. Chavez was so rude saying signature on check was not right. She did not bother calling my husbands boss to verify. She just assumed check was forged or stolen at least thats how he felt. She wrote all over it and said you will not be able to cash it no where. The company is in Odessa and had just waited in line for 45 minuted. There so many bad reviews of this bank downtown but it starts with the managment Mrs Chavez not doing her job. We will be closing our account.

Tried to cash a check at Garfield location but they claimed not to have enough funds so they sent us to another location which claimed to have a limit of 2500 that they are allowed to cash. Was sent to bank on wall St. Was told the same thing. They sent me to Wells Fargo. Lesson learned going to close my Bank of America account since they are unable to help their customers.

Their customer service sucks my husband went to cash his check yesterday like we always do and then deposit the money in the atm. The teller tells him after he tells her if he deposit the check in the atm it will take 6 days to clear she and the manager decides in their miniature brains that he didn't know what he was talking about mind you we had done it before. So they put the check in the atm the receipt came out and it's printed on there 6 day hold. They look at each other and start with trying to make it look so that maybe the check is bad. This is a company check from where he works. So the manager tells him she will get it fixed and the money will be on our account Monday because lack of understanding your customers . So we called this morning she said that they were waiting on Chase to clear the check and she would call my husband back we'll she called back and said that we would had to wait until Monday. Well dang we knew that that's why they shouldn't have put the check in the atm and that he should go to Chase and cash it for what he's never had to. No what it is that this bank has poor and I do mean very poor customer service.

I visited this bank to conduct business on behalf of one of their account holders. Customer service was nonexistent. Staff including the manager are unprofessional and completely lacking in communication skills. So glad I bank elsewhere.
