“Funny enough both the lady’s were named Krista lol, well Krista was so much help & always so nice, I appreciate the hospitality! on the other hand KRISTA LYNN she is always so defensive & quick to give unkind remarks, she has such an attitude problem & never seems to want to help unless my husband is with me. I’ve always been a girls girl & never assumed anything of it, until today. She blatantly ignored me while I was standing in front of her counter, it was pretty awkward for about 3 minutes until my husband came in & then she acknowledged him & serviced him without hesitation, with no regards to myself. Of course I didn’t take it person as some women need a little more validation from men then others. “Went to Walmart on Friday, and decided to get a free bag of popcorn since the bank was having a promotion! Well, I asked if I could take more than one considering I have grandkids, and this kind little lady Zulyn told me it was perfectly okay! We had a nice chat and she told me about the bank, I even saw a guy win some price for getting a successful car loan!!!! I will definitely be coming back! They have such great staff, everyone was so nice and accommodating! Good job, guys!”

“After several day of trying to log in, and no luck. Thought I’d try again. I continued to have trouble logging in online. I called MTCU. The bank was closed. I used chat. I received a text that the bank was closed. Immediate after, an associate of MTCU texted and called me. She verified who I was, I gave her my information, and she did her research. The issue was a simple password reset. The Asdiciate was very helpful and patient. She made sure I could log in before she closed the conversation. I was very please with the outcome. The Associate taking the time to listen and ask the right questions was indeed the solution.”
