“Staff is incredible, no complaints, but one employee that stands out the most is Samia. Ever since I’ve started banking here she’s done nothing but be extremely helpful, kind and attentive. Anytime there’s been a problem, she’s either fixed it, or found a way to fix it. Shes very quick and efficient with her work AND does it all with a smile on her face. I love going to the bank because that means I get to see her there. When I go to the bank, she greets me by name and with a smile on her face, it feels nice to be remembered! It’s nice to see people enjoying their job, and Samia is one of those people. I believe that if jobs hired more people like Samia, the world would be a better place. “I love the Grandview Ave. branch of Frost Bank. Always the friendliest people. Everyone greets me when I go in. I have never had to wait in line, except at the drive thru atm. I've been with Frost since about 2015. No complaints whatsoever. I was previously at the bank next to Marketstreet on 42nd Street and all I did wait in line. The drive through was a nightmare and it was rare that I could ever go inside and not stand in line. And the tellers were so slow. I highly recommend FROST GRANDVIEW AVENUE BRANCH.”

“MUST READ!!! CREDIT CARD FRAUD EXPERIANCE!!! Yet still a 5 STAR REVIEW?? NONI!.....Let me begin with my Grattitude. Thankyou SOO MUCH Jennifer for your professionalism, knowledge, and communicational skills.Long story "shortened", my card was stolen. That's annoying already, however, worst possible experience trying to dispute charges and end the pending transactions. I call the number on my card, can't really understand through thick accents including mine (Texan). I'm on the phone for like 1hr45mins, keep getting transferred to "specialists" because they couldn't figure out my issue or explain it to me. Forward me to Complex community help center. Local office (for me) and I get my call dropped. Needless to say I'm super frustrated and annoyed.?? I call back and Jennifer is the employee who answers. Speaks clearly, communicates well, best of all understands my issue immediately and resolves it within minutes. What was a weekend long wait to access my funds and a terrible 2 hour confusion, stuck on the line trying to sort the mess out was resolved seemingly effortlessly for her. Totally turned my experience around and gave me confidence in Complex communities team to resolve complications. Happy they are my Bank and Totally recommend them.Thanks again Jennifer for saving me from the terrible experience I was having.”
