The staff at Chase are incredibly kind and helpful individuals. My frustration lies with Chase as a whole. There are numerous issues such as accounts being unable to withdraw funds, inconsistent ATM functionality depending on customer luck, and even lengthy waits at the drive-through and indoors for simple tasks like paycheck... read full comment
