    “I had a wonderful experience at Old Navy this morning while shopping for my daughter’s school uniforms. They didn’t have her size in store, and many options were sold out online, but Lisette at the register went above and beyond to help us. She patiently searched every style, color, pants, and shorts that would meet the school requirements. She never seemed frustrated or rushed and kept looking for solutions. She even noticed uniform bottoms being returned at another register, went to get them, and checked if they would fit my daughter! In the end, she helped us find school-approved shorts in the right color at a great price. Lisette was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. This is what exceptional customer service looks like. Old Navy is lucky to have her!”

    “Busy busy mall! We stopped by about two hours before closing time and it was still hectic! The layout is easy and simple. It's a straight line and the food court is small. Hey I did see a chick fil a though, yummm. The Dillard's here sells Kate spade purses?! Wuuut?! They also had a few Louis Vuitton items for sell! #shocked. Okay maybe I'm overreacting but never had I seen such prestige brands at a Dilliard's? I did notice that the mall has a lot of random open spaces and not enough seating. There were a few times I wanted to sit and recuperate but there was no where to sit, boo. Tried out the eyebrow threading place and the lady did a good job. She charges $14. Bought a ring at Pandora and the sales associates were friendly.. The parking lot is ghettO and there a ton of holes. The parking lines are hard to see and people drive around crazily.. beware.”
