“Not only does Pink Pug give back to the community with their Holliday Grinchmas event, they send out Christmas cards to their customers!!! Not only to spread holiday cheer but to also give us a discount! Like WOW. I shop at Pink Pug because of their cute clothes, fun accessories, and their head turning shoes. Buuuuuuut. I support them on another level because Ashley is an amazing human with a heart of gold that gives back and loves out loud. She supports and leads with geniality, style, grace, fierce love, humor, and realness. Thank You Ashley for all you do for us ???”

“I had to get new scrubs after several years of working outside of the medical field, so I was dreading having to try on multiple brands, styles & sizes to find what I was looking for. However, as soon as I walked in, JANIE HOLLEY was right there & ready to help me. I told her what I liked & disliked about previous scrubs & she immediately pulled several brands & sizes off the racks & set me up in a fitting room. The 3rd pair I tried on were EXACTLY what I was looking for & fit perfectly! I was in & out WITH MY SCRUBS in less than 30 minutes! Janie made the “dreaded” experience a breeze & I left as a very happy customer! Thank you, Janie & thank you Scrubs & Dubs for having such a great variety that I didn’t have to settle & I got exactly what I wanted!! This Nurse will be back soon! :))”

I shared with her some pics of outfits that I was looking for but also told her if she put me some outfits together. I was very excited because EVERY outfit she had ready for me to try on was PERFECT!! 🤩 Thank you Jaclyn for helping me, being patient with me and checking on me! If anyone needs helping finding an outfit for any occasion, ask for JACLYN I promise she knows what she’s doing!”

“I’m writing to give kudos to one of the managers - Alicia Sherwood. I stopped in this morning to exchange a T-shirt. I’m on crutches due to a bad hip. Alicia approached me with a smile to ask if I wanted help, which I was so grateful for and happily accepted. Alicia walked to the rack to get the shirt in the correct size, took me to the register without waiting in line, so graciously got my pickup orders for me, AND carried my bags out to the car for me. 11/10 service by Alicia. A true angel on earth and incredibly kind. Thank you, Alicia, for making such an impact and providing outstanding customer service! The store was also very clean and organized - and the Christmas items are beautifully displayed! If I was able to walk more easily I would’ve shopped for more!”

“I just want prospective customers to know that you will not find a better group of sales personnel than at this Talbot’s location. Casey just helped me, today and she was terrific, but she works with a wonderful team. They are knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating, and above all, caring and kind. When you have a choice between shopping local and doing it online, choose local. Our businesses get this boost and Midland’s economy gets a benefit.”

And I scored a killer deal (50%off) ???? on some vans mountain hi's (with the dupont stuff), it's crazy because I never thought I could have so much fun in a Vans store, yet somehow the experience went above and beyond what I was even comprehending. 03-27-21”

“I had a wonderful experience at Old Navy this morning while shopping for my daughter’s school uniforms. They didn’t have her size in store, and many options were sold out online, but Lisette at the register went above and beyond to help us. She patiently searched every style, color, pants, and shorts that would meet the school requirements. She never seemed frustrated or rushed and kept looking for solutions. She even noticed uniform bottoms being returned at another register, went to get them, and checked if they would fit my daughter! In the end, she helped us find school-approved shorts in the right color at a great price. Lisette was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. This is what exceptional customer service looks like. Old Navy is lucky to have her!”

“Busy busy mall! We stopped by about two hours before closing time and it was still hectic! The layout is easy and simple. It's a straight line and the food court is small. Hey I did see a chick fil a though, yummm. The Dillard's here sells Kate spade purses?! Wuuut?! They also had a few Louis Vuitton items for sell! #shocked. Okay maybe I'm overreacting but never had I seen such prestige brands at a Dilliard's? I did notice that the mall has a lot of random open spaces and not enough seating. There were a few times I wanted to sit and recuperate but there was no where to sit, boo. Tried out the eyebrow threading place and the lady did a good job. She charges $14. Bought a ring at Pandora and the sales associates were friendly.. The parking lot is ghettO and there a ton of holes. The parking lines are hard to see and people drive around crazily.. beware.”
