DICK'S Sporting Goods in MIDLAND is a go-to destination for sports, exercise, officially licensed, and outdoor equipment needs. It carries a wide assortment of footwear, workout clothes, sports equipment, camping gear, bikes, kayaks, and exercise equipment from top brands. Knowledgeable staff help customers find items like baseball gloves, tune up bikes, fit for new golf clubs, and set up fishing equipment.
Many staff members are noted as extremely nice, helpful, patient, and calm, even when busy, providing great service and explaining things well. Some employees go out of their way to assist customers. However, experiences can vary, with some staff reported as not very helpful or good at prioritizing the customer. The store is clean, but the bathrooms can be in poor condition with issues like a trickle of water at the sinks. Management response to concerns may be perceived as indifferent.
