“Today I had the pleasure of shopping at The Buckle. I’m not a regular customer there and the huge selection of jeans can be overwhelming. Jocelyn helped me find exactly what I wanted and brought me numerous styles to try on. She went above and beyond. Thanks again Jocelyn.”

“I was helped out by Lexi & she was great! She did my foot scan & recommend a few pairs of shoes for me to try out. I ended up going with some new balances that fit & felt great, I can’t wait to run with them. A gentlemen helped my husband pick out a pair of hokas. All in all a great store with great service & knowledgeable employees.”

“Helped me find correct shoe size by actually measuring my feet. Extremely knowledgeable of Red Wing, not just a salesperson sitting behind the counter. Never had Red Wings before… I love them!”

“Was my first time going to the Loft and had a good welcoming. Jaclyn was fabulous! She’s such a great fashionista! Was needing some outfits for an important meeting. I shared with her some pics of outfits that I was looking for but also told her if she put me some outfits together. I was very excited because EVERY outfit she had ready for me to try on was PERFECT!! 🤩 Thank you Jaclyn for helping me, being patient with me and checking on me! If anyone needs helping finding an outfit for any occasion, ask for JACLYN I promise she knows what she’s doing!”

“Kat at Journeys Kids in the Midland Park mall was incredible. She listened carefully when I explained my daughter’s wide feet and sensitivity to textures, and she didn’t just bring one option—she brought six different styles and brands for her to try. Kat was knowledgeable about every shoe, answered every question, and made sure we left with exactly what works. Patient, helpful, and genuinely thoughtful! Excellent job Kat, we will see you again soon!”

“Filled with such gratitude as I leave Smith’s Shoes with my mom. She was been to many podiatrists all over Midland/Odessa for years now with little to no relief; and the money spent at these places is crazy to think about. Everyone involved with getting my mom the needed insoles and getting her in the appropriate shoe to accommodate these insoles, has been such a pleasure. They are beyond knowledgeable and helpful. I felt they listened to my mom’s concerns and put a plan in place to help her. Remember you’re getting custom insoles that are locally built by someone who is passionate about their craft and not just inputting scans into a computer; you don’t get quality overnight. Be patient and let them work their magic. You’ll be so glad you did. Smith’s Shoes is a blessing to my family.”

“My new favorite place to shop for shoes for myself and my kids. A huge variety with unbeatable prices! If the size or the shoe you want/need isn’t available they can always order it for you and have it shipped to the store or your home. The customer service is phenomenal every time I’ve been, they don’t make you seem as an inconvenience when asking for help/question and or needing to order online. THANK YOU for training your staff correctly! We do come in twice a month sometimes once a week LOL.”

“Awesome staff helped my little brother build an awesome board for his 13th birthday. And I scored a killer deal (50%off) ???? on some vans mountain hi's (with the dupont stuff), it's crazy because I never thought I could have so much fun in a Vans store, yet somehow the experience went above and beyond what I was even comprehending. 03-27-21”

“We took our son into the Kid's Foot Locker location here in Midland Mall and were very happy with the choices and the service. It was the manager who helped us and she was both very friendly and incredibly helpful. We let her know we were new to the area and she talked to us about Midland and the area itself. She also was very knowledgeable about the shoes and helped us a lot as our son showed us what he liked. We also grabbed him a tee-shirt and she was super helpful in not only finding a great one but one that was on sale. This was a super great experience and we will be back when he needs more shoes.”

“Regarding store #846 in Midland, TX...I would like to commend and thank Jayden for being super helpful, friendly, and professional. His customer service was a great! I spoke to his manager, Jacob about him and Jacob too was wonderful! These guys deserve recognition for their great customer service skills and pleasant attitudes. And I did not even make a purchase because I didn't find what I was looking for. That fact didn't deter their interest in me as a customer or diminish their service at all!! Kudos!!”
