She was been to many podiatrists all over Midland/Odessa for years now with little to no relief; and the money spent at these places is crazy to think about. Everyone involved with getting my mom the needed insoles and getting her in the appropriate shoe to accommodate these insoles, has been such a pleasure. They are beyond knowledgeable and helpful. I felt they listened to my mom’s concerns and put a plan in place to help her. Remember you’re getting custom insoles that are locally built by someone who is passionate about their craft and not just inputting scans into a computer; you don’t get quality overnight. Be patient and let them work their magic. You’ll be so glad you did. Smith’s Shoes is a blessing to my family.”

“We took our son into the Kid's Foot Locker location here in Midland Mall and were very happy with the choices and the service. It was the manager who helped us and she was both very friendly and incredibly helpful. We let her know we were new to the area and she talked to us about Midland and the area itself. She also was very knowledgeable about the shoes and helped us a lot as our son showed us what he liked. We also grabbed him a tee-shirt and she was super helpful in not only finding a great one but one that was on sale. This was a super great experience and we will be back when he needs more shoes.”
