I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received tonight. The manager on duty provided incorrect information regarding my $150+ return and was unhelpful in resolving the issue. I had to contact Dick’s corporate customer service myself to receive the correct guidance. When I returned to the store, the transaction was completed with no communication or explanation. While the issue was eventually resolved, the lack of professionalism and customer care was frustrating. I’ve always had positive experiences at this store, but this interaction fell well below expectations.

Buyer beware. I went to return Adidas item amd I was gonna get store credit because I didnt have the receipt. They said they could only give me the lowest ever priced. They wanted to give me $9 for a $70 tagged pants ! Really? Not even Ross ever sells these for $9. Their so called policy is a rip-off and a lie. I will look for the receipt, get my refund, and never go back.

Never get helped when it comes to shoes, the workers help who they want to help and you walk up to them asking for help and they get annoyed, never buy shoes here again!!!

I called and spoke to Mondo to verify they had the Under Armor Cold Weather Thermal outfits in stock in my Sons size XL OR XXL ..As he works out in the Oilfield in Midland and it takes about 45 minutes to drive into town ..so to make it worth his while to drive that far…he arrived at the store and he asked for Mondo as thats whom I spoke with and he assured me they had ALOT IN STOCK IN MY SONS SIZES..Mondo then called for two other girl associates to come up front to help my son ..they talked on their radios and then just walked off!! NO ONE ATTEMPTED TO EVEN GO LOOK..my son went and dug thru the section with the UNDER ARMOR COLD WEATHER THERE WAS ONLY ONE TOP AND BOTTOM…evidentially no one there cared to assist a customer in need of these items that desperately needed to keep from freezing outside on the Oil Rig..definetly need more mature employees..and that truly cared about customers..as the sale would have been large..

Staff is very friendly and helpful I was able to find the shoes I was looking for. Only complaint was at checkout. The assistant manager Chelsea was talking with the cashier about other employees very loudly and they weren’t nice things to say. I was very uncomfortable hearing that while trying to check out.

Honestly a horrible store🤦♀️ customer service is one thing, but the team members and management is another story. Chelsea has no professionalism whatsoever, no idea how she became management🤣 Josh and Eric give certain people certain discounts in the golf section amounting to a 50% discount on a total price of $2000! For no reason other than they are friends🤦♀️ Guy in bikes is always not in bikes, have seen him working under the influence, managers must not know what marijuana smells like or makes you look like. I've seen team members smoking disposables whether it be nicotine or not. Clothes department is a joke, always a mess and too much product out on the floor. Do y'all not have a backroom? Must not know how to utilize it. Without the products they have, they would not have business. You can definitely tell that this store hasn't been opened for more than 10 years, it needs alot of help. Get rid of your whole staff and hire brand new.

Employees walk around and don’t help. Using the kiosk to get shoes is a great idea except the employees hide from you might occasionally ask if you’ve been helped but obviously dont care enough to help.

Everytime I try to shop at this location I remember why I never do! Service is always trash. Employee was on her cell phone I had to ask her for help even after she had already seen me. This is the same customer service they provide everytime!!!!! I walked out and placed my order online to be shipped to me. I got my order a day and a half later! This is why people shop online instead of in stores. And then places close their physical locations because it’s easier to shop online. Don’t waste your time shop online for way better service!

Employee Akiya was very helpful today, even though it got really busy she managed to help everyone that needed help and she’s was very patient with everyone there and calm and brung out the shoes fast and was extremely nice and helpful !!

Worst Dicks experience ever. The asst manager was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with at any retail store and I’m typically a very nice person when it comes to customer service cause I’ve worked in it for many years. Sad to say I will never step inside a Dicks Sporting Goods store ever again

The overall experience was quite disappointing; however, I would like to acknowledge the helpfulness of the staff at the front cash register who made efforts to address the situation. Regrettably, the manager appeared to be disengaged, either leaving the situation unresolved or showing a lack of concern. I am not disclosing specific details, but I was disappointed.

Was extremely disappointed with customer service today. Went into the store through the mall where they have an entrance sign and they ended up closing it off on that side an hour before they closed. No warning or nothing. Mind you my wife is pregnant and we kindly asked if we could go through because of those circumstances and also the pouring rain, but Chelsea the supervisor told us to kick rocks. We ended up walking all the way around to the entrance, drove back returned the shoes we bought, $400 worth and called in to corporate to complain. Funny part is they have expecting mother parking but cant let one take the easy way.
