3 hour wait in line for a reserved rental car is upsetting… LAX Dollar Rental car (Thrifty, Dollar & Hertz all combined in one building.) They definitely need a better system… will not be reserving a rental car through them in the future.

Your customer service is abysmal. we got the car with the tire pressure light already on. We filled the air three times, and each time it lost pressure within an hour. We called emergency road side assistance and waited on hold for TWO HOURS. The tools were NOT in the car so while we waited on hold we had to flag down cars until we finally found someone to lend is a jack and a tire iron so we could put the donut on. When we finally got someone on the phone, an EXTREMELY RUDE

Do not do business with these people. They charged us $400 in non refundable charges from Sacramento. We didn’t even bother renting the car from them when we got there. Cut our loses and rented from another car rental company. Reported to Better Business Bureau.

Rates are very reasonable. I had no problems reaching customer service to extend my rental; had to extend three times. The car was in great condition; no problems with it at all. I know who to rent from in the future.

We were stuck at DFW Airport trying to fly out on standby but the weather was affecting many flights. We had to make several changes to our itinerary and your customer service agents were extremely helpful & accommodating on the phone. They helped make an extremely stressful situation much better by helping us change the pickup location easily...three times! Despite all the changes, the cars were clean & ready when we arrived to pickup. And drop off took only a few minutes. We will definitely rent from you again

Do not go to MAF Dollar Rental. The young girl was rude. Made me 2 hours late. Put us in one vehicle and put another on paperwork. Very disorganized too.
