Hours: Family Promise of Midland, TX ‘ends homelessness, one family at a time’. To qualify for services, a family must be homeless, as defined by the McKinney-Vento Act, and have at least one child under age 18 years in their care. Family Promise provides food, shelter, hospitality, and case-management services, along with free childcare through a commercial childcare facility. Family Promise of Midland also has a transitional housing program whereby families may reside for up to two years, while securing a firm foundation for future success.
