Its been a week since my order was scheduled to be picked up, and they have failed to do so even after multiple attempts by the shipper and it sounds like im not the only one. And based on the other reviews, it looks like they need new management before they get sued.

Frustrating and Inconsistent Delivery Experience
On July 25th, FedEx notified us that our package was out for delivery—great! But a few hours later, they updated the status saying it wouldn’t arrive until the 28th, with no explanation given. I called, and they said the package wasn’t even at the facility. Then shortly after, I received another update saying the package was at the facility for pickup—but it was Sunday, when pickup isn’t allowed.
Every time I tried to get a clear answer—whether the package was available, when it would arrive, or how to get it—I was given inconsistent or conflicting information. I wasn’t allowed to retrieve it from the driver, and FedEx requires a signature for delivery, yet someone was available on the 25th, 26th, and 27th, and it still didn’t show up.
This entire situation was unnecessarily stressful and could’ve been avoided with better communication, accurate tracking, or flexible pickup options. It felt like every decision made just made the experience worse.

Worst customer service ever. Can’t seem to deliver a package on time or go to the right address listed. Would give zero stars honestly, my package is now two days late because they said “attempted delivery” but I have a camera and they haven’t even showed up. I called and even drove 45 minutes to fix the issue and they still can’t seem to deliver it the next day. Was standing outside when they marked attempted delivery today and they were no where in sight.

I ordered something that was perishable and in a cold bag for shipping,they were the ones to deliver the package, I can see the driver on the map pass my house and he would have made it within the estimated delivery frame and hours later it's marked for next day delivery. I call support and ask for further info about it, I give them further details and then 10 minutes later it shows that the package was undeliverable because it was damaged and to basically file a claim with my shipper. Honestly it's apparent what happened but this isn't the first time I've had issues with FedEx in the past, because why didn't they just mark it damaged and undeliverable when it was at the facility, why wait until I had to say something about it?

Is it to much to have FedEx come up the driveway and put the package on the porch?? Why are your ground delivery packages just put at the end of the driveway near the street so thieves can help their self to my packages. Hey FedEx drivers do a better job!! Try delivering the package ON THE PORCH!!

this FedEx ship center was in a very great location. the staff were amazing and patient. I really felt like I was working at home in this location. they were friendly knowledgeable caring and understanding.

I went in and since I was using the same box, the man was able to print a label over the previous sticker, he was cool with it. Great experience.
