The Four Points by Sheraton Midland offers clean rooms and generally helpful staff, with a good location near the theater, bowling, and shopping. The gym and pool are nice, and check-in is quick. However, experiences vary significantly. The on-site restaurant receives severe criticism for extremely slow and poor service, inaccurate menus, frequently unavailable items, and food quality described as not worth the price. Some guests also report major inconveniences, like being without hot water for a day or having sleep disrupted by hotel events. While some find the hotel a good, not bad choice for a short stay, others strongly advise bringing your own pillows and avoiding the restaurant entirely.
Both front desk managers are rude and seem to hate their job. However , the other three front desk girls were polite, professional and well mannered.

I am traveling across the country and this was a good stopping location for the day. This hotel was clean and the staff were great. They also welcomed my traveling companion. There is a restaurant and bar but I didn’t use either. I would stay here again.
