“hello I want to take the time to wave several great flag stars I love the room service everything's great the rooms are a 5 stars and especialy the pool area and the restrooms are super clean I'm from Houston tx and its far away from home the pool area is my favorite little place from a long long day at work its all 5 stars super clean the restrooms super clean everything inside and out the lobby clean nice generous people all working there ONE thing I've noticed is why the hall ways are so HOT HOT that's so unconforatable please work on that other than that I really enjoy it there THANK YOU HILTON EMPLOYEES”
“Overall good night stay, enjoyed the bar connect to the hotel the bartender was kind. Room was cleaned and there was cleaned sheets. The AC blew very low but just needed the filters to be cleaned. We would stay again”
“This is a beautiful hotel, very well maintained inside and out, and lovely staff. They have nice large rooms, including a kitchenette in each room, and large bathrooms. There is a cozy fire pit out front for relaxing, and a nice corn hole area. There is also a nice potty area for fur babies that has actual grass.”

“We definitely appreciated that the room and bathroom were clean. When we arrived, smokers were outside the front door smoking, but we did not smell any smoke inside our room or the hallways. This hotel allows pets so you will hear barking. We did not hear any dogs barking during the night, which was good! There is nothing fancy about this hotel but it was clean and we slept well.”

“We had a wonderful experience we stayed for 8 days and even had some troubles with personal issues going on and the manager and front desk helped us out so much and im forever grateful this place is nice and clean the housekeepers are all so sweet and detail oriented and the breakfast lady was 10 out of 10 she was so sweet and kept the food fresh and yummy!! And my 11m old loved her haha 😄 but I am so so thankful for our stay and experience!”

“I want to take a moment to recognize Amber Machuca the Assistant General Manager for her exceptional customer service and professionalism. During my stay, an issue arose that could have easily impacted my overall experience. However, she stepped in immediately, listened attentively, and handled the situation with genuine care, confidence, and respect.
What impressed me most was not just that she resolved the problem, but how she resolved it. She remained calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. She took ownership, communicated clearly, and ensured that everything was corrected in a timely manner. That level of leadership is rare and speaks volumes about her commitment to both her guests and her team.
She turned what could have been a negative experience into one that reinforced my confidence in this hotel. I sincerely hope senior leadership recognizes her outstanding work because she exemplifies what hospitality and customer service should look like.
I was Joking saying she must’ve been prior military the way she is so attentive to detail. She deserves to be acknowledged for her professionalism.
This will be my first recommendation to anyone who needs a safe and clean stay!

“Staff is helpful, friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and the rooms are about the same as most residence inn I've stayed at.
Stove top, full fridge, working ice maker in freezer, basic utensils in the drawers, stand up shower and toilet separated from the bathroom sink.
Sectional couch with a coffee table, a small kitchen table and a few outlets spread around the room for convenience.”

Constant problems with rooms all the time.. either the sink is always clogged or things are stolen from housekeeping staff or the door doesn't unlock with the card sometimes.. the manager cody also promises fake when it comes to room rates ! Overall overly priced place for very medicore services.”

“The only faults I could find with the room were worn out outlets when I went to plug in the iron or my laptop and there were 3 ink spots on the carpet. Everything else was flawless. The staff was OK, and it wasn't where I'd have preferred to stay, but it was OK. Only 15 minutes away.”

“I have been staying here, since July, when I was displaced for the second time this year! The Lady that runs the place is very nice! She asked me to help her one time because a guy passed away in one of the rooms shortly after I got here. My microwave went out and they replaced it with a brand new microwave. I see some of the same kind of work vehicles here every day from the oil field. The rooms are decent and the price is Great!”

When I walked in the AC was at 60 coming from Southwest Airlines. From the state of South Dakota Sioux Falls. Great food from OCho good vibe on a Tuesday. Really what took this real rating is the customer service the people were humble bubbly and good vibe. And The midland Texas can do attitude was on point and what I was looking for. Only small things are gym need to remodel need more weight a bench press paint and pool minimal just a small paint will do overall shocked and impressed great full and happy. Get some orange juice lolllll that’s it”
