“Ordered an adjustable base on the phone. Amy sent a payment link and boom it was done. Delivered the next day (a Saturday). The two delivery guys (unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names) were very friendly, fast, and efficient. They knew exactly what to do and got right to work. Great product but they brought the wrong couch after already getting pushed back once. Then they try to charge you more after they make mistakes. We expected professionalism when spending 9k and unfortunately, they had the same issues as Rooms to Go. t-.-t”

“Visited Target today , for a morgan wallen t-shirt that i could not find , so placed an order online , went back 1 hour later to pick it up and realized that they had to have a section of it , i just missed it somewhere, when inside i asked 4 employees where I may find it , not one could help me or knew what iwas talking about except one, AmraR (iknow iam misspelling her name) but she did everything she could to help me find the exact shirt I was looking for and where the rest could be located . She made it very easy after being a lil frustrated with the mess because of the renovation which I understand completely. Thank you to her . Much appreciated ? .”

“My husband and I initially went into the store just browsing to compare mattress prices & quality to other stores with no intent to buy at the time. Xavier and Ken were very helpful and informative. They explained the differences between mattresses we were comparing and also showed us sheets, pillows, and waterproof protectors. They went into detail about their financing options and the koalafi no credit option. We were so pleased with the service and experience that our browsing trip turned into us purchasing from them.
