Got done in 10 min or less what I couldn't get done at the one on wall street in a hour and half real talk. I realize if I drop something off for repair or sizing that my piece isn’t the only one Ray is working on but when he does work on it, all of his attention goes into it. I currently have one ring in his shop and I’m dropping off my husband’s ring for sizing up, later today. They were very kind to let me borrow the ring sizing plastic rings to determine the exact size needed to size up to. My guess is ZALES wouldn’t offer to do that.”
