The place we had originally bought the ring for was only going to give us $500 in store credit, so we were trying to see how much we would be able to get cash for it. The owner ended up giving us $1100 in store credit. AND they had the EXACT ring I had wanted. He polished and cleaned everything, gave me a beautiful light-up box, and also gave me a lifetime warranty, which was an amazing plus. I am very satisfied with the customer service, which was very top-tier. He also replaced the glass in my phone for free, so I killed multiple birds with one stone.”
