“I am extremely happy with my purchase. We had initially gone to try and sell my engagement ring and wedding band so that I was able to upgrade to the ring I had wanted. The place we had originally bought the ring for was only going to give us $500 in store credit, so we were trying to see how much we would be able to get cash for it. The owner ended up giving us $1100 in store credit. AND they had the EXACT ring I had wanted. He polished and cleaned everything, gave me a beautiful light-up box, and also gave me a lifetime warranty, which was an amazing plus. I am very satisfied with the customer service, which was very top-tier. He also replaced the glass in my phone for free, so I killed multiple birds with one stone.”

“I went to EZPawn in Odessa, Texas on Grandview and Brittany and Linda were the employees working. Currently as I’m writing this review it is 8:55 PM but they closed at 7:00 PM. I made it here by 6:55 PM thinking they may take 1 or 2 items I had to sell or pawn. These ladies are legitimately the KINDEST MOST AMAZING SOULS!!! They both teamworked and one took multiple items I had for sale and the other took my pawn items. I could not believe that they had spent their entire day working and STILL took care of me as a customer of this store (on Grandview in Odessa) as if I had shown up 5 minutes after they opened instead of 5 minutes before they closed!!! THANK YALL BOTH SO SO SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!! Yall are seriously amazing to be able to help people daily on levels yall may not even realize!!! I appreciate their hard work more than any employee at any business that I have been to in the west Texas area in a while!!! Yall know EXACTLY what GREAT customer service is!! I have bought my wife a charm bracelet and the charms are all still there over a year later. Yes it gets super busy in there but the happiness the jewelry has brought my wife has been great.
