“My screen was cracked and made my phone unusable and of course hapoened right between Christmas and New Year's. Have a Samsung Phone and the technician was friendly, fast, and straightforward and the price for a new screen wasn't too bad. Was a great service at a time of need and I will use Battery Joe's for all my family's repairs going forward. Highly recommend and the technician all can say is he was great and I will be back!”

Had a very unique problem, no one could help me. Called AT&T multiple times and told me to go in store for solution. Went in store and was told to call. Called again and told TO GO IN STORE. Went in store today and prayed for someone to help me, and an angel named ALYSA APPEARED! She was so kind, knowledgeable, listened to every thing we had to say and even went to a manager for any questions she could not answer. We were beyond grateful and she solved our problem that apparently no one else could. This girl needs a raise! She is phenomenal at her job and so patient and smart. If you make an appt., make one with Alysa!”
