“My husband and I went in yesterday to add myself on his account. The Manager was the one who helped us (Diana Guerra) she was honestly so kind and just being herself joking around with my husband and I while still doing what she had to do. I think employees who are this way are the best. Definitely recommend this location”

“Went to bestbuy to pickup some items i ordered online. Went through curbside an see the two wonderful employees Beyonce an Cristina walk out with my order an could immediately tell they were in such good moods an gave such great customer service when talking to me, an even brightened my day a bit more. Not only that but during this my car ended up not starting back up. When i got out to look they looked with me an even diagnosed my problem which was just a jumpstart. They even had cables an helped with that as well. NOT ONLY THAT when moving around during this fell very hard on my car an ended up dislocating my shoulder, twisting my ankle. Upon seeing this they both helped me to a stable position an proceeded to give first aid making a splint out of a flying by trash bag an twigs on the ground from a nearby tree. AND TO GO EVEN FARTHER THEN ANYONE EVER HAS FOR ME, while they were healing me a passerby looked an attempted to steal my items that I ordered. I say attempted because after he grabbed an ran with them they both stopped, sprinted an tackled the assailant retrieving my items an proceeded to tie him to a tree by bending a piece of rebar wrapping it around the width of the tree for when the authorities arrive. Beyonce an Cristina are undoubtedly the two most best employees I have ever had the privilege of knowing. AN to top it all off they even gave me relationship advice since me an my wife were in the middle of a divorce, an I am happy to say me an my wife have patched things up and are stronger then ever now. Needless to say they gave great customer service 10/10”

4001 Midland Dr Target, Midland TX 79707
“This rating comes not so much from the store but from the personal experience I had with an associate. Jaelynn (sp) actually snuck up on me and asked if I needed assistance with anything. ( which in itself was awesome since I had passed many other associates who didn't even acknowledge me) I told her I had been looking for a stand mixer that showed online to be in stock, I looked, she looked to no avail. She then offered to go to the rear of the store and look, a few minutes later she returned empty handed. So I asked about another model, we looked around together and she again offered to go to rear of store, no luck again. The computer in her hand said they had these items well I finally broke and said what about this one, didn't want to spend $500 but it was for a 21 yr anniversary for my wife. I could tell she smiled under her mask when I told her that and she said she would go dig deeper in receiving and do her best. In the meantime I was wandering around and happened to notice a kitchen aid box on a big cart with nothing else but keurig boxes, I moved the coffee machines, pulled it out and got it opened and there was the teal colored professional plus 5 kitchen aid, jaelynn returned about this time and apologized but gave a "yay" when I showed her what I found. We spoke for a few, she is a wonderful person who ran all over target and dismantled receiving for this thing. She is awesome!! She congratulated me on my anniversary thanked me for coming, I thanked her for being great and I checked out and left. Best customer service experience I have ever had in midland! Thanks again J!!!”

“I had a very bad experience with one of the employees yesterday. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but I was really disappointed with the way I was treated. However, I did want to recognize Dayana, another employee who helped me afterward. She was extremely kind, respectful, and helpful, and she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate the way she treated me and made a frustrating experience much better. Target definitely needs more employees like Dayana! She deserves to be recognized for her great customer service. ❤”
