Needed wiper blades. A clerk assisted me with the hatch-back blade. Their self-help computer didn't have it listed. Well organized store. Helpful clerks.

Use to be the best place to go for parts until management change. They use to have people working there like Milton, Robert, Lewis, that knew their jobs well, they only have 2 from that time there, Jimbo and John. The rest are all new and very green when it comes to knowledge about parts. They made a very big mistake when they left those initial 3 gentlemen leave that location. Do better corporate!

Deserves no stars!!!! Tried to fool me into buying a universal antifreeze instead of what the vehicle called for. I guess because I was a woman and knew nothing about the vehicle. Will never shop there or with any O'Reilly Auto Parts stores again. Got what I needed and treated right at Autozone!

I wish I knew his name but I swear he's the only nice autoparts employee I've ever met.
I never get the luck of getting him though, always get someone who seems to not enjoy helping customers even with the simplest tasks. Idk man maybe some of these people need to look into jobs that don't deal with the public. Last thing I want is to go into an auto parts store and feel like an idiot. (Cause I already do since I'm out of my element in this kind of store)
I know these guys are typically overworked and I understand the frustration, but being nice at the bare minimum makes you and the customer feel better.

Horrible store- waited an hour for a young man to look for a carrier bearing- dint know where it was and just kept telling me to go elsewhere- ridiculous
