“Midkiff Pharmacy went out of their way to fill my prescription even before my prescription was officially transferred from another pharmacy. Over a stressful few day period where I had to go back and forth been calls to the other pharmacy and my doctor, I spoke to several different employees at Midkiff Pharmacy and each one was helpful and able to jump right into the process and help me along the way. Each person I talked to gave me a heads up on how expensive my prescription was and they worked hard to make sure that they got the best deal that my coupon code could give me. I’m officially switching over to Midkiff Pharmacy for their courtesy, kindness, efficiency, knowledge, professionalism, and just going above and beyond for me!”

My normal pharmacy basically told me to kick rocks, they couldn’t source my rx, and the manager here has a three month supply ready for me in a couple hours. Not only that but she also remembered a coupon that saved me $290 on my copay. Made my whole day, she went above and beyond with that.”
“Great location for FedEx drop off. I noticed when I was looking for more info on what this FedEx drop off did or didn't provide online I didn't see anything that answered my questions. I had car parts that I was sending back in a bigger box. Wasn't sure if they sold other boxes if needed or would packing tape be available. So for those with the same question yes they do... And this location the staff was friendly and very helpful. Didn't have to wait when I took my package. Very convenient. Made my day that much easier.. Y'all are awesome thank you.”

“I enjoy shopping at this specific HEB. Friendly staff, and I always find what I am in need of.
I have recently started using curbside services, it is very convenient, and the app is very easy to use.
My only complaint is when it comes to the vegetables and fruits the staff is picking when getting my order. It seems that the last 4 times I have used Curbisde services, the vegetables and fruits are in pretty bad shape, and the fruit has mold, and Avocados are way to ripped.
I know there are good producd inside, as I would always find them, when I would shop in the store.”

“No place better in TX, only gripe is WE NEED A NEWER AND BIGGER ONE BUILT IN BIG SPRING. No matter what time of morning, day, or night you try to come here you can NEVER find a parking spot!!! You have to drive around and around and around just to try and get a spot that ten other cars are already trying to fight for as well!! Oh but did I say it’s the best place in Texas, yep, as long as you can find a spot to park and eventually go in this. Produce, meat, bakery, HEB select items that no one else can compare to from drinks to salsa to coffee, etc., etc. HEB brand items just go hard ! But please HEB BUILD A NEW AND BIGGER ONE!!!! BIG SPRING AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES WILL SUPPORT YOU!!!!!!!”
