“Very happy with the bakery. They were friendly when I ordered a custom cake and had it ready for pickup the next day. I gave them my gender results and they made a beautiful cake with the frosting with color of the gender. They allowed us to celebrate our new family member by keeping it a surprise. The cake was delicious and exactly as the picture I showed them!”

Finding someone to assist you or locate a product is rare in other supercenters around town. This store was live with crawfish boils. champagne tasting and happy faces. Best selection of fruits and vegetables in Midland.”

“This story has everything. Great people. 2 months ago, family and I were shopping here, as I was paying, wife and daughter grab 2 bags, And we walked out. Well, when we got home 50 miles away, we realized we had left the bag with most of our items back at the store. We'll, a month later, we were back into MIDLAND, so we went to the store. As we walked in, I just happened to look behind the counter and saw our bag. I started to talk to the manager, who had saved our bag
And gladly gave it to us. Super store.”
“This store is a member of the Alon family of stores. So when the clerk told me she did not know if they were giving the discount that I received a text about from the company, it disturbed me. I shop there for low prices and lottery tickets. I will continue to shop there but I wish the clerk would be more informative.”

“I had a grocery pickup order where a few items were missing,packages torn open, and a couple of other things had spilled. Unfortunately, my first interactions in-weren’t great ,a few female employees came across as rude.(Hung up a few times)
This morning, however, I received a call from Manager Tim, and I can’t say enough good things about how he handled the situation. He was extremely apologetic, professional, and respectful. It’s refreshing to speak with someone who listens, takes responsibility, and genuinely wants to make it right.
Managers like Tim & the customer service rep are the reason I’ll continue to shop at United. It’s nice to know concerns don’t just get swept under the rug. Thank you for valuing your customers and showing that good service still matters.”
“Mostly good, kinda expensive. But everything I need for my authentic Mexican food is all here. Sometimes their lines get really long and they won’t open more than 3/4 registers, and the bag boys hardly ever help with groceries to the car for people who need it at all anymore. I used to love that about this store. But for a neighborhood market it’ll do the the trick.”

“This place is for people who live out in the country. You probably shouldn't come here if you dont work in the oil field or live around it. It's a pretty rough place and pretty rough people shop there. Desperation would be the only reason to go.”

“No place better in TX, only gripe is WE NEED A NEWER AND BIGGER ONE BUILT IN BIG SPRING. No matter what time of morning, day, or night you try to come here you can NEVER find a parking spot!!! You have to drive around and around and around just to try and get a spot that ten other cars are already trying to fight for as well!! Oh but did I say it’s the best place in Texas, yep, as long as you can find a spot to park and eventually go in this. Produce, meat, bakery, HEB select items that no one else can compare to from drinks to salsa to coffee, etc., etc. HEB brand items just go hard ! But please HEB BUILD A NEW AND BIGGER ONE!!!! BIG SPRING AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES WILL SUPPORT YOU!!!!!!!”
