“Richard is the BEST. I have tried using the downtown location with zero success this week (closed at random hours). Even though it is tough to get through on the phone for any USPS location, I always have an easy experience at this Louisiana Ave. location when I visit in-person!”

“I started going to this post office about 2 weeks ago. Newly started selling on Ebay and was not very in tune with how I was supposed to do things. The 2 ladies at this post office were great and patient with me, describing in detail what I needed and now this is the only post office I will go to! I have never seen them be anything but patient and kind to everyone that came through the door!”

“I never have time to go scan packages in but I always used the outgoing mail & even though it takes 1-2 days for them to scan the mail I can appreciate they don't let it just sit in the bin! When I have gone to the front desk, the lady with the curls is always so cute and nice to me. ❤️ Def my fav post office in Midland.”
