Today is my first day in that bank the staff I met at drive through was wicked , arrogant and unprofessionally a black guy . He needs to be fired

Worst bank in the Permian Basin. Trying to call them via customer service is a joke. Worst of all, they’re closed on Saturdays! What happened to the drive thru service that was open from 8 to 12 in the morning on Saturdays? Go to another bank. Prosperity Bank is a joke.

I went in to sign a stop payment Form. The lady I dealt with was named Brittany. She was rude and talked down to me like I was stupid and didn't know anything about my account.
