About ReNew North Park I & II
ReNew North Park Apartment Homes offers well-appointed one and two-bedroom apartments that provide a great value for the price. The modernized communities feature Texas-sized walk-in closets, fireplaces, and private balconies. Residents find the staff pleasant, with excellent customer service noted for quick response and problem resolution. The location is very nice, with convenient amenities nearby. However, some significant maintenance issues are reported, including a pool that has been out of service for a long time and a gym where the air conditioning and fans do not work, making it difficult to use. While many residents are happy and grateful to be part of the community, some express concern over needed upgrades and repairs to the property's amenities.

Just what I was looking for! Finding something in this economy has been a real challenge but thanks to Veronica I finally found the perfect place to stay. Veronica was very helpful throughout the whole process and it was way easier and smoother than I would’ve ever imagined. Can’t wait to start living here!
