I’m especially grateful for how easy and stress-free the management made the leasing process. Sheyenne, the wonderful manager, made everything smooth, simple, and straightforward from the very beginning.
The management team is also very attentive when it comes to maintenance. Being able to submit requests through the app makes everything incredibly convenient, and they have always been very responsive whenever I’ve needed something.
At first, I sometimes felt that the front desk could be a little difficult, but over time I came to really appreciate her approach. I realized that she simply doesn’t want to make promises she can’t keep. Instead, she is honest, direct, and makes sure to set clear expectations, which I now respect and appreciate.
I also want to mention that the community is really safe and makes you feel safe.
Overall, after eight months, I’m very happy with my experience here and grateful for the management team and the way they take care of the community.”

For over a year, my son Rylan was battling cancer, which meant I spent countless days and weeks away from home while he was hospitalized in different cities receiving treatment. Throughout that incredibly difficult journey, the staff at Aviare Place was always understanding, compassionate, and accommodating. They never made me feel like I was just another resident—they genuinely cared about what my son and I were going through.

After Rylan passed away, I was faced with the heartbreaking task of moving out of the apartment we had shared. I reached out to explain my situation, and Heather responded with such incredible kindness. Management approved a compassionate release from my lease, waiving all early termination fees, re-letting fees, and other penalties. That act of generosity relieved an enormous burden at a time when I could barely think straight.

When I returned my keys, Heather greeted me with the warmest smile and gave me the biggest hug. That simple act of compassion meant more to me than words can express. It reminded me that there are still truly caring people in this world.

It’s easy to review an apartment based on amenities or maintenance, but what makes Aviare Place special is the people. Heather and the entire team treated me with empathy, grace, and genuine humanity throughout one of the darkest chapters of my life.
