“I’d like to start off by saying I had a great experience with Trinity Automotive! A big shout out to Scott, Brad, and also my technician for providing me with a great experience. I received amazing customer service. Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly and honestly, and letting me know every step of my car repairs.
They made dealing with my insurance company less of a nightmare and always had my back when it came to my best interest.
They also sent me pictures when requested to help ease my mind during the time I was missing my car, lol. I will only be going to Trinity Auto from now on for all of my vehicles. This shop deserves more than just a good review. They are the best!

“Called Danny's on a Thursday afternoon and they got me an appointment for a diagnostic that same day at 230. I wasnt able to drive truck there so I ended up needing a tow. They set up the tow truck and had it cone to me to pick up the truck. It got there after hours so they did the diagnostic on it Friday morning. Had the issue figured out mid morning called me to discuss. Had to order parts and the truck was ready to pick up tuesday morning. The were fast, cost affective and communication top notch. Thank you for the fast turned around and quality work. It also came with a 12K mile or 12 mo th warranty for the work the performed.”
“Azier is very professional. More than prompt. He was early. He was honest enough to tell me I was better off taking my car to the dealership to be repaired. This is mid July 2020 - just in case we get passed this and people forget how much businesses are hurting during the pandemic... and turning someone away is a very big deal. “I had a seal come loose during a ~350 mile drive and had to get it immediately repaired before continuing on. This shop was the only one in the entirety of Midland that was even willing to take a look at it the same week.
I told him the exact problem, but upon his inspection he also fixed the root cause of the problem. He performed the needed repairs within one hour at the crack of dawn and at a fair price.”
