“The price was better than other places I called. I needed a tire pressure sensor and I was quoted $100 and $140 from other places. Chaparral charged less, took less time, and had parts on hand.
They changed one sensor and re-programmed all the sensors to the correct positions. I would definitely go back when I need more tire services done”

came looking for a tire since it had a puncture in one of our tires.. Everyone else had over 2+ hours wait and we did not want to wait, we were just passing through. They told me that they had a tire in stock and could install it quickly for us. The staff was very helpful and understood our urgency on getting a tire installed. Highly Recommend this place. I received amazing customer service. Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly and honestly, and letting me know every step of my car repairs.
They made dealing with my insurance company less of a nightmare and always had my back when it came to my best interest.
They also sent me pictures when requested to help ease my mind during the time I was missing my car, lol. I will only be going to Trinity Auto from now on for all of my vehicles. This shop deserves more than just a good review. They are the best!

“Referee by a friend. Said they were an honest place. He was 100% right. A lot of these auto places will prey on people that don’t know vehicles. They’ll have you walking out of there spending $800-1k saying you need all new components.
This was not the case, they told me the condition of everything and asked what I wanted to do. All at a fair price. Bill was an extremely nice guy.
10/10 recommend if you want a place that is going to treat you fairly and not empty your wallet”

They said bring it by and we’ll see if we can fit it in but no guarantees. They called me at 4:45 and said it was done. Best of all it was cheaper than they had quoted me.”

“Called Danny's on a Thursday afternoon and they got me an appointment for a diagnostic that same day at 230. I wasnt able to drive truck there so I ended up needing a tow. They set up the tow truck and had it cone to me to pick up the truck. It got there after hours so they did the diagnostic on it Friday morning. Had the issue figured out mid morning called me to discuss. Had to order parts and the truck was ready to pick up tuesday morning. The were fast, cost affective and communication top notch. Thank you for the fast turned around and quality work. It also came with a 12K mile or 12 mo th warranty for the work the performed.”

“I recently brought a 750 BMW, and it was pulling right. Jaime took about 4 hours unfreezing tie rods and doing lots of alignment and got a very complex alignment done. They not only know the physical theory of alignment but have real world what works experience. Their alignments are worth it. Absloutelty recommends for last 6 years
This below is a review from many years ago...still same excellent alignments.
If you own a Mercedes, BMW, Audi, etc... European Performance cars Then You ABSLOUTELY MUST go to Alignment Specialists Service on Big Spring in Midland. I dealt with General Manager Jaime who is the Best Alignment Specialist I have dealt with. My Mercedes had a very difficult issue with a pull to right. I previously Went to Bill Williams Tire who did an alignment that did ZERO to fix the problem and blamed the car for being un alignable??? Alderson Merceds was next and wanted 1200 Dollars to replace parts that were PERFECT as was examined by Firestone in Odessa and Jaime in Midland. Then i Went to Firestone in Odessa, they said Parts are Perfect but they Do not do Mercedes Alignment. I then found Jaime at Alignment Specialists Service on Google and saw their 5 star Rating. Not only they did the Alignment on Merceds but they installed the Necessary camber/caster Bolts needed to fix the pull after they tried regular alignment. They worked very diligently and accurately and never gave up. The car drove perfect with no pull after 3 months of going to different places above i mentioned. If they can align my troublesome issue, the Can DEFINITELY align your car made anywhere in the World. Thank you Jaime and team.”
