The storage is clean and quiet. The unit is safe and climate controlled, your belongs out of the elements. People love the girl very pleasant and customer service friendly, that is rare in Midland. The security system makes people feel safe when they are here. Management acknowledges the keypad entrance and exit system is older and need to fix it, as you may have to put your code 3 4 5 6 times to get in and out. The service is excellent with quick rental return and honest thoughtful service.
I rented a uhual for the day from them. Very Easy and the pricing is reasonable.

The AC to truck stopped working about 10 minutes after I picked up. The lady in front isn’t welcoming at all.

The caucasian girl that works here the day I dropped uhaul off was very pleasant. Seemed very customer service friendly. Customer service friendly is rare in Midland.
