“I love my bed, my bed broke on the 7 month. i called to get the broad fixed, between calling HSN & customer service, i got the broad 6 month later to fix it. when the motor broke in half. my husband southern engineering he put clams to a 30 degree angle. if i had called for the motor at HSN or customer service, they could have to be or bed is out of date. so i said forget. we went to a sleep by number store and give us a good deal on a new bed. they were very help and friendly. Can't wait to try my bed with hot & cold temp.”
