  I have had three bills get lost with checks in them from this location. Also the post man leaves notices that my mailbox is inaccessible. No one else has an issue walking up to it. Also they said they tried to deliver a package and left a notice of attempted deliver (email). Well my wife said they did not knocked and there was no delivery slip on the mailbox. I believe these people should be better vetted here. I believe they are not delivering the mail and possibly stealing. When you go down there to complain the post master acts like you are the problem.

  WHAT'S GOING ON WITH MY MAIL AND I FEEL ITS NOT JUST ME I AM NOT GETTING ALOT OF MY MERCHANDISE AND LETTERS MY ITEMS THAT I AM ORDERING ARE BEING LEFT AT OTHER ADDRESS'S VERY DISAPPOINTED IVE LOST SO MUCH MAIL GOING TO OTHER PEOPLE AND PEOPLE BEING SO DISHONEST AND NOT RETURNING IT BACK. MY MAIL IS NOT SAFE ANYMORE.

  They keep saying our front door was blocked. We have a new house!!! This is complete laziness. We are on Kingsville st. I hope the GM sees this and gets this corrected. A lot of us are annoyed about this issue and needs to be addressed promptly.

  Very sketchy and they don’t have any information on packages with their tracking numbers. Not sure what’s going on but there’s definitely a massive problem.

  Apparently “available for pickup” means pick up the next day because the package you’re looking for is still on the truck. I’ll let you figure out what’s wrong with that.

  USPS is changing and it’s taking a toll on everyone, including the employees. you guys, pls be understanding and patient. The ladies here have helped me so much over the years! My favorite postal office to go to! Support your local postal office however you can.

  My post man never fails to Deliver mail that isn’t mine and mail that I’m expecting is never delivered to my slot , I Literally have my Last name and address in the mail slot .Ive left a piece of paper with a message saying to deliver mail in the correct slots and it was ripped off when I returned from work that same day . I’ve even confronted him about getting other peoples mail in my slot AND STILL get other peoples mail . I was expecting a package today and it was out for delivery when I searched the tracking # and it didn’t get delivered. When there was 3 package slots available . Now I have to pick it up at the post office from what the tracking status says . All I ask is for them to do better and hire people who are competent and not just hire heartbeats .

  Very bad the postal service here in Midland already I carry two packages that tell me that they are in the mailbox delivered and it is false, they are not. The mail company is supposed to be trusted by all customers. It is disrespectful and very bad work.

  Almost threw hands with one of the clerks because I asked about an Amazon package I was expecting and they wanted to cop an attitude.
