Crystal and her manager at 4300 midland location were extremely helpful. Trying to transfer out of spectrum to Verizon became troubling when spectrum customer service were terrible at cooperating but these two were right on it helping their customers at all costs. They were kind, knowledgeable and sympathetic. Excellent location with amazing customer service!!

Lend me your eyes and read the journey of a fair lady on her quest for a new telecommunication device. ‘Twas a chilly mid-day in west Texas when I started my quest for a new iPhone with vast storage. Unfortunately upon my arrival at my first destination I was left defeated as there were none available. So I journeyed to a new location in which I was welcomed with open arms. Levon was the knight in whom I entrusted with my mission. We had some laughs as I quested him with the device I was in search of. I was then presented with a beautiful blush pink iPhone 13, which I gladly accepted. I exchanged my old device and coins for my upgrade and started the long process of data transfer. Alas, my transfer was complete, or so I thought… Voice messages of which are all that remained of my mothers beautiful voice had not transferred and I no longer knew the magic code to retrieve said messages. As I began to shed tears of defeat, Levon sprung into action to assist! At which I was able to reset the magic code and alas! I once again could hear the sweet sweet sound of my mother’s voice, nagging for the millionth time in my messages. Oh, how I miss her nagging and complaining daily. I bid Levon farewell and continued on to find a suitable case to protect this new device, as I am high maintenance and they did not have a case that suit my taste of sparkles galore. I highly recommend if you need a new device to visit this establishment and ask for his good sir, Levon.

I had shannon at Verizon and let me say, she was so sweet and helped with everything and got me a new phone set up within an hour!! Amazing service!

I first visited Verison store off the 250 Loop. Terrible customer service. Seemed they are paid by commission. Left there disappointed. The same day went to this establishment on the Northloop and Midland Drive. Wow what a difference. Store Manager was great purchased new Samsung 21. Good deal. I won't go back to Verison Store on West Loop.

If I could give this place a 0 I would most definitely would. Nothing but some Crackheads working.! They did not know what to do when I needed a simple sims cards and I waited 1 hour just for service.

My husband went in today and the girl working there seemed stoned out of her mind. She kept contradicting herself, not really making any sense, chuckling and not making eye contact. We didn’t feel comfortable and didn’t feel like we could trust the information she was giving us. We ended up getting all new phones at Best Buy instead.

They were very busy but each employee was multitasking while dealing with a customer in person they all were also on the phone dealing with another customer. They were working hard to get to everyone
