Absolutely unprofessional. Kimberly did not want to help us. Was super rude and disrespectful, cared more about her break in 30 minutes than helping us create a account. She just sat at her desk fiddling not even wanting to acknowledge us. We opened our business account with another bank instead.

By far the worst bank to ever exist. My wife and I will be closing our account down due to the inept customer service. We attempted to see the banker, and was told that they were booked for the entire day when there was nobody else in there, and the banker was not seeing any customers. This branch is poorly ran.

ATM is way faster than teller line even if it’s backed up 6 cars and no one in teller line this is ridiculous how can they be that slow I am only one in lane!!
